How does an organization implement reciprocity into it's operating procedures?

In Time and Talents we have a customizable transaction report that looks at member's Last Member Year Transaction Hours.
We have member leaders call and email these members to work to re-engage them.

Time and Talents also reports by member balances so we can target members in high debt and set their accounts to Earn Only,
and members with a gazillion hours that only give and rarely receive.

We want to build reciprocity and participation through the restoration of human value, and provide incentives to those reluctant
to allow others to help THEM!
