A Scaled up Time Bank model of Civic Engagement

Don't know if you've seen this attached paper, but in the spirit of sharing I hope you will find it as fascinating as I did.

Marie Nelson and I are thinking through using a few ideas from the Covestment model proposal. See http://timebankswork.net/tiki/tiki-download_file.php?fileId=122  We think that by dropping the use of national currency and using process feedback loops only in terms of time credits, it would make for a successful and scaled up model of civic engagement. We have nothing on paper as yet, but we have very interesting conversations.

Perhaps if your interested, you would post comments to this thread? Anyone interested, looking forward to reading your comments posted here?
